Our exhibition at the Meffan Institute – Museum and Gallery (20 West High Street, Forfar, DD8 1BB) is now on!

Learning from the Strathmartine Hospital Histories project is taken overseas!

Caroline Brown from University of Dundee Archive Services is presenting the methodology used in our project at the Annual Conference of the Association of Canadian Archivists in June 2016.

She will be talking about how the project worked with and collected the memories of people with a learning disability to supplement the University’s already existing archive collection with human stories of what life was like in the hospital.
